所谓“变”,就是指将各种从传感器来的物理量,转变为一种电。比如:利用热电偶,将温度转变为电势。由于电容易处理,所以,现代变送器,均将各种物理,转变成电。 |
所谓“送”,是指将各种已变成的电,为了便于其他仪表或控制装置接收和传送,又一次通过电子线路,将传感器来的电,统一化。 |
这种“变”+“送”,就组成了现代常用的变送器。比如:SST3-AD就是一种将电流互感器的输出电流,转变成的4-20MA的电流变送器;再比如:SST4-LD,可以将重量传感器来的重量,转变成的4-20MA的重量变送器。 |
